Dr. Kaley founded Integrative Counselling Services, Inc., in 2005 and is the supervising psychologist. He provides assessment, consultation and training services, as well as individual, couples and group cognitive-behavioral therapy. Malika Cherif
Malika has been a mental health counsellor for 14 years. For the last seven years, she has been providing psychological services under the clinical supervision of Dr. Richard Kaley. Together, they founded “INTEGRATIVE COUNSELLING SERVICES, INC.” a corporation providing psychological services to individuals and organizations in the Ottawa-Cornwall area. Malika has advanced training and extensive experience in helping clients deal with a wide range of unresolved traumas and losses (war, motor vehicle, work place accidents, violent crime, sexual abuse, sudden death of family members, etc.). She completed a Certificate in Trauma Studies at the Hinks-Dellcrest Centre in
Theresa Chisholm
Theresa is the Administrative Assistant for ICS. She is responsible for scheduling appointments, accounting, billing and other office functions. She is a hard-working, dependable team-player who gets the work done and done well!
Jackson Mak Chi Hung
Jackson is a licensed teacher based in Hong Kong and the newest addition to our team. He is in charge of the Integrative Counselling Services Ltd (Hong Kong) after-school program which integrates education with evidence based behavioural modification techniques. He also coordinates appointments for individual and group online psychotherapy with staff from our home office. Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science from Ryerson, a master’s degree in IT Education from the University of Hong Kong, as well as postgraduate diplomas in education from Hong Kong Baptist University and the Open University of Hong Kong. Jackson is currently enrolled in a doctoral level psychology program at Ryokan College.
